SagaPoll is a service developed by Sagaci Research, the leading independent research firm across the African continent (www.sagaciresearch.com). For the last 8 years, Sagaci Research has been conducting research on the continent and compensating more than 10,000 survey takers in that timeframe. SagaPoll is registered in Google Playstore and approved by Google.

You need to complete your profile. Since we are still in the launch phase in some countries, we only have a limited number of surveys available at this point. As we ramp-up during the coming weeks, we will increase the number of surveys available to you.

You will receive an email and a notification when you have a new survey available.

Most surveys are available until we reach a target number of respondents. Some surveys also have a due date, by when they will no longer be available.

We will be making surveys available with different points, so the time to reach 5,000 points will vary from a few days to several months.

Yes, with our referral program. You have a personal referral code in the Share section within the app. This code is unique to you and you can share it with your friends and contacts.

For each new user that installs and uses SagaPoll, you both will be credited 5 points.

You can also participate in our contests and draws to earn extra points. Stay tuned to our social media channels for announcements!

Ratings are about engaging with other users. We ask you what you think of a specific brand, celebrity or other topics and we show you what the other users in your country think.

By answering ratings, you are also improving your score and higher score members will get additional opportunities to answer point surveys.

When you reach 5000 points you will be able to redeem your points. After your first request we will ask you where you would like to get paid (mobile money, bank account).

Once the process is complete, we will process your payment and in a maximum of 7 days you will receive your payment.

We need your location to be able to send you specific surveys that are relevant to your location.

For example, if you live in Nairobi you may have access to different surveys than if you live in Lagos.

When the message “location not ready” is displayed, your device is failing to identify your location to determine from where you are conducting the survey. This prevents the survey from continuing. To solve this, you move closer to a window or go outside to improve geolocation

If your phone or tablet does not have GPS you will not be able to continue.

SagaPoll needs access to your GPS, Camera and Files for saving and loading the different surveys. Please accept those to start using the app, if not you can’t continue.

  • Why GPS? We need your location to be able to send you specific surveys that are relevant to your location.

For example, if you live in Nairobi you will have access to different surveys than if you live in Mombasa.

  • Why Camera? For some surveys you may have to use the camera to take photos.
  • Why Files? We need to access your storage to be able to store the surveys and pictures if necessary. 

Start by removing the App from your phone. Then please send an email to sagapoll@sagaciresearch.com asking to cancel your subscription.
